Hello I am renting one of my rooms in my house. The room is 14 km2 fully furnished. You will share a kitchen with other tenants. The kitchen has all the utensils. There is a livingroom you can use as well. The room is located on the first floor. The price includes heating, electricity and internet WiFi. The washing machine is in the basement, no dryer included. The villa is located in Gentofte just 7 minutes walk to all the grocery stores such as Super Brugsen, Fakta and Netto.
