In an older and charming apartment we are renting out a cozy, furnished room with a double bed, study table, chair, wardrobe for your clothes, space for books and other tings and a nice view over the old gardens and houses. Our present tenant has finished his PHD, that is why we are looking for a new nice tenant. There will also live another nice tenant like you in the apartment The room is for one person, but you are welcome occasionally to have a guest staying for a few nights. We just have to agree on it on beforehand. The apartment is located on a charming, quiet street in the heart of Hellerup, very close to public transportation and near to DTU. Five minutes walk from S-train and buses, which will take you to the center of Copenhagen within 10 minutes. Just round the corner there are many shops, food stores, take aways and cozy cafés, and within 5 minutes walk you will be at the beach and the harbours of Hellerup and Tuborg. You will have free access to our bathroom and kitchen with a cosy dining-place. You are welcome to keep food in the fridge and use all the kitchen appliances. There is a shared washing machine and free wifi. You are also welcome to borrow one of our bicycles. We are used to live together with others and are said to be nice and easygoing, The most important houserule is flexibility, mutual helpfulness and humour. Since we have retired, we will be abroad for longer periods, where you and your roommate can use the big balcony and the dining room as well. But please, no parties. Our apartment has always been a non-smoking apartment, and we would like to keep it that way. CPR registration is available. Feel free to ask any questions or in need of further information.
