It’s a modern 100 sqm apartment with a bathroom incl. laundry machine, spacious kitchen & living room, and a lovely balcony facing the sun and the pretty courtyard (a perfect morning coffee or evening drink spot). Besides the common room, there is a smaller shared room which can be used by all for work, yoga, drying the laundry, and all that jazz. Just around the corner are a bouldering gym and the canals – so if you are into climbing walls or being in the water, you can go wild here. The area is well connected with a bus stop in front of the house, the new metro in walking distance, and Sydhavn station close-by. YOUR NEW ROOMMATE My name is Raphael, I am in my 30’s, moved to Copenhagen almost nine years ago, and am currently working in business development. In my leisure time, I am active and like to spend time with people and in nature. I play volleyball, dance, boulder, just got into kayaking, and volunteer here and there. On the weekends, I am up for drinks and an occasional good night out in the city. At home I like to have a chat, listen to music, or enjoy a book with a coffee. There are no particular expectations in you as a person, so please bring yourself as you are.
