Hello, I’m renting out my apartment and, more importantly, I’m looking for someone who will take good care of the place. The apartment is well-laid out, with a bathroom separating the two rooms and a kitchen. You must have a steady income and be able to provide proof, preferably be educated or currently studying, and generally be an agreeable person. I’m looking for someone who isn’t a party animal and, overall, is tidy and respectful. I understand how challenging it can be to find a place in this area, so please don't waste your time or mine by asking for details that aren't relevant. If you're not willing to come see the place in person, please don't send a message. To avoid any potential scams, I will provide my ID and proof of ownership of the apartment. You will also need to provide your ID, along with proof that you are either attending university or have a work contract. If we come to an agreement, I will prepare a contract (Typeformular A, 10). You will then need to pay a deposit and present the contract to the municipality, after which you can officially change your address. Any other details or agreements will be added to §11 of the contract. The previous tenants were not very tidy, so the apartment requires a good cleaning and a fresh coat of paint. For this reason, I do not have photos ready and cannot rent it out immediately. Once this work is completed, the apartment will be available for move-in on either May 1st or June 1st.
