I only rent to foreign younger men because I think that gives the best dynamics here. I live in the apartment with my two adult sons. So there are four people in total living in the apartment. It is possible to have a civil registration number registered here. I am the one who handles everything in the common area and pays for that we use for cleaning, washing and toilet visits. I pay fore water, heating, electricity and internet. We live a quiet everyday life, where we consider each other in relation to when and how to use the kitchen and washing of laundry. There is plenty of space in the kitchen for cooking and eating there. You are very welcome to invite guests and we think it is nice if one of us has guests to use the kitchen. If we know in advance that we will have guests and would like to use the kitchen alone at that time, we just tell the others. Tenans rent their room with free access to shower and laundry and no sleepovers - so it is only tenans who sleeps here, bathes here and washes clothes here. The rest of my children and grandchildren also live in Copenhagen. They often come to visit also for overnight stays. That I have sleepovers and the fact that I have some of my private things in the common area are my advantages. Some of your benefits are that everything is paid for and keept clean.
