We are looking for a new roommate to join our cosy flat in central Frederiksberg! The apartment is located on Allegade, with a lovely view of the Frederiksberg townhall and just down the street from the entrance to Frederiksberg Have. It is a 4 room apartment, with a very large living room/ dining room where we love to hangout, listen to music, have friends over for dinner and get cosy watching movies. The kitchen has a dining space, a dishwasher and there is a washing machine in the apartment. There are two bathrooms and a small balcony as well! The room we are renting out is 4.2m x 1.8m meters, can come partially furnished if needed, and is available from April 1st onwards. The rent is 5100 dkk / month plus utilities. The deposit is 10 000dkk + 1 months rent. CPR registration is possible. The two people you will be living with are: (as described by each other) Alex is a joy to live with as she brings lots of positive, supportive energy and always laughs at my jokes - even if my sarcasm doesn't always register. A very sociable person, she's often dashing around from one engagement to another - be that, exercise classes, yoga or drinks and dinner with her many friends. Alex is also very organised, but in the most fun way possible. Not only is she the person who rearranges the living room to maximise the space and organises the kitchen in the most efficient way, she'll also turn up to the party prepared - when she's making aperol spritz, you better believe she's bringing the ice and oranges too. Because Alex is equally keen to go out exploring Copenhagen or staying at home to do crafts or watch movies (which she'll inevitably fall asleep in front of), she knows how to match your energy and makes a brilliant roomie. Alex works in sustainability, is 31, Canadian, and has lived in Copenhagen for over 4.5 years. Tim is one of those people that you meet and can talk to about anything and everything with. He's well traveled, educated and curious about the world. His knowledge of music runs deep and shows in his impressive CD collection located in the living room where we often find ourselves hanging out and listening to a range of albums crossing genres, generations and geography's. He studied geology in his bachelors so he actually enjoys my rock collection that is slowly but constantly growing. Let me tell you a bit about this man's skills in the kitchen. Every meal made has flavours that is truly inspiring to be around. Way more inspiring than the many grocery stores we have located around the apartment. He's an active guy, can be found at the gym or running around Copenhagen at speeds and distances most would struggle to keep up with. He loves meeting up for a beer with friends but also makes a mean cocktail at home. All around 10/10 guy. Tim also works in sustainability, is 28, from Manchester, and has lived in Copenhagen for over 4.5 years.
