As we are going on vacation for 3 months, we are renting out our 3-room apartment (91 m2) in Frederiksberg. The flat will be available from 30th September to 17th December (flexibility in both ends). Important: We have a cat (Russian blue) that will stay in the flat so the flat is not ideal if you are allergic or don’t like cats. On the other hand, it would be preferable if you feel comfortable spending some time with the cat on a daily basis. The flat itself is located just 300 meters from Aksel Møllers Have metro station and thus provides an easy access to the city. In the area you are close to shops, cafes, parks, and just one metro stop from Frederiksberg centre and Copenhagen Business School. Situated on the 3rd floor (no elevator), the apartment is fully furnished. The flat consists of a master bedroom, a smaller bedroom and a spacious living room. The master bedroom comes with a large kingsize bed (180x210cm), two larger wardrobes, and a big mirror. The smaller room has an extendable IKEA bed, a small wardrobe and a dedicated workspace with two monitors (incl. webcam and wireless headset) ideal for working from home or studying. The kitchen is equipped with essentials and a small table. The bathroom is fairly large and comes with a separate shower unit, washing machine and dryer. We are happy to rent out the rooms as single rooms (6.000 for the small and 7.000 for the larger) or the flat as a whole (13.000) with all bills included (water, heating, electricity, internet). The apartment is also fully prepared for a newborn baby, making it a great choice for the small family.
