Lyngby station is just a short 300-meter walk away, and there are plenty of busses going to DTU and inner Copenhagen. The location is pretty much the best you can find in Lyngby. The room is compact and comes furnished with a bed, a desk, a chair, a wardrobe, a mirror, and a little bedside table. It is generally not possible to move in your own furniture, but small changes can be accomodated. The room also includes a closet in the hallway and additional storage space in a basement room. The apartment features a recently renovated kitchen and entrance, equipped with two refrigerators, an oven, microwave, washing machine, and an induction stove. You have your own refrigerator and storage cupboard for kitchen equipment. Most things in the kitchen is shared including utensils, plates, glasses, cups, machines etc. This room is ideal for one person (i am not allowed to rent out to couples or families).
