It is very close to metro: christianshavn, amagerbro og Islands brygge, green area: volden og Fælleden, 7 min and your in Kbh K on bike or bus close to , beach, amager Strandoark. Calm and safe area, with nice and cosy cafees. I seek a quiet and clean person with high hygiene. No guests and no party or noice, It is a 4 room apartment, where you will rent one of the rooms. You have access to kitchen and bath/toilet Me and my daughter is living here with a very nice cat. The room is available from 1/5-1/10-2025 No smoking The room has good furnitures. Very good bed.
