**Seeking a roomie - move in date February 1st** About the apartment: This new apartment is located on Gadelandet in Brønshøj, just a 5 minute walk from beautiful Utterslev Mose. The move in date is February 1st with an open ended contract. Monthly rent is 6.700 (incl. utilities) + 1 x last month rent + 13.400 for deposit. So total move in cost is 26.800. You will have the larger bedroom with a big built-in closet (otherwise unfurnished). The two other bedrooms are on the opposite side of the hall. The total size of the apartment is 102 m2, has two floors, and a balcony facing a lovely shared garden. All the appliances are new, including a dish washer and clothes washer and dryer. It's near tons of grocery stores and on the 5C and 350 bus lines (30 minutes to downtown). There's no smoking allowed on the property. A cat is welcome ?? About us: I am 45 years old, originally from San Francisco, living in Denmark now for 15 years. I work in the music industry in administration and production. Part of the week I’m at the office and the other part I work from home. I'm usually also out of the house a couple evenings a week. I'm tidy and keep things fairly organized in the common spaces but am by no means a perfectionist. Current favorite activities are cooking, playing music from Epirus on my accordion, reading about post-growth economics and prefigurative politics, and dancing. I love to socialize but need as much solitude, so I do hole up in my room when rebalancing. My son just turned 12 years old and he's super awesome! He lives with me every other week and with his father in Nørrebro the other weeks. He's into football, basketball, socializing with his peeps, hip hop, and baking. He's funny, thoughtful and a great communicator (in Danish, English and Greek). As a team we're pretty mellow, with a lot of well-practiced routines.
