Welcome You (Please read all before writing) I offer a cosy big room (app 18m2) with direct door to private garden. The room is offered fully furnished (lets talk about it if you want to bring your own bed or other) and it's ready to rent from march 7th. The access will be to a lovely designer kitchen and dining area with a french balcony. You will sometimes be sharing with me. Sometimes stay alone. Practicalities: Price: 6.300/month (plus 700 for all extras (heating, electricity water, internet, waterfiltersystem, building insurance etc.). CPR registration is possible. One person. If uou are two sharing it is 8.500kr in total. Time: unlimited Cat: We have one cat so you need to LOVE cats and be willing to let is live in your room and bed as well and take care of him. Garden area: You live in the ground floor and have direct access to our own private garden. It has afternoon/evening sun. Grill is available. There is also a common garden with morning/noon sun. Perfect for yoga/training and brunch. Lifestyle: I will only have a none-smoker and one not drinking heavily. And the place is for you and not a bunch of friends. A few for dinner or a partner staying over once in a while is fine, but if you are a very social bee, better be so somewhere else than at home or choose another home. Area: The building is half in Vanløse, half in Nordvest and one block from Frederiksberg and also close to Brønshøj. We have busses 2a, 12, 13, 21 and train station Grøndal (F-line, one stop (or short walk through a park) to Flintholm metro station. We live 15 min. from the central station on bike.
