Private entrance.The house has a big garden that is shared with others, Femøren Metro 10-12 min walking distance, Rema 1000 supermarket 3 min walking distance, Amager Strand/beach 15 min. walking distance nice and quiet and safe neighborhood. Room for 1 person only!!!No pets allowed! No whasing machine ( wash house walking distance)two months notice to end tenancy.rent paid the 1 of the months. 7500 dkk a month + 1 month depositum.
