A single room is available in a new (2019) 4-bedroom shared flat in Buddinge from Feburary to end of April 2025. I will be going on an external stay which is why I am subletting my room. You will share the flat with 3 other people (Chiara, Daniel and Tjalling). We are all recent graduates or currently at DTU and rather active people. We are always up for a nice chat in our shared kitchen, but also respect a closed door. The room is 16sqm (Room 4) in a 170sqm apartment with a terrace. The rent is 5835 dkk/month including water and heating aconto. Other utilities (internet, electricity) have a variable price and are paid quarterly. The apartment includes a modern kitchen with a dishwasher, fridge, freezer, stove and oven. Washing machine and dryer are located in the bathroom. The room comes furnished, but I can store my furniture elsewhere for the time if some pieces are not wanted. The apartment is located on the first floor of a newly renovated apartment complex with bike and car parking spots, as well as some common areas. The apartment is well connected to Copenhagen city center through the s-train and busses. Also Lyngby and DTU are reachable either by bus or within biking distance (Door -> DTU ~25-30 mins biking or bus). There are many grocery shops and other stores (Buddinge Centret) close by.
