Nice room only 1 minute away from the new metro line!! 10 minutes away from the city center. Besides that its near transportation with bus and train and near beautiful green areas. Its one of the best areas in copenhagen. Its important that its a place with peace and quiet and non-smoking apartement. The room is in shared appartement...sometimes with another student in the other room. This means that i sometimes rent out to 1 person other times to two persons at the same time. The most important thing for me is that the tenant respect the cleaning rules (we shift cleaning the shared areas) and that its a friendly and nice person who lives here. I work full time. I work as a mental health professional. The location is realy beautiful with a big park and very calm international vibe with a lot of nature and a small beach also.
