A 14 m² room is available for rent in Valby, in the new Fabrikshal neighborhood. The room is partially furnished with a nice 140x200 cm bed, a desk and a chair, and you have access to the kitchen and bathroom. The rent is DKK 5,000 per month (water/heat/electricity/wifi included), plus 1 month's rent in advance and a DKK 10,000 deposit. The rental period is for six months. It can potentially be extended. You will be living with me, Tor, and my 15-year-old son Oscar, as well as our dog Buster. Oscar stays here every other week. We are friendly and sociable, but also value our alone time. We are looking for a tenant who fits well with this lifestyle. This room is available for a single tenant only.
