Welcome to your next adventure in Sydhavn! ☀️ 🏠 🌊 We are looking for a third flatmate to join us in our new, lovely and spacious apartment in the heart of Sydhavn at Teglholmen right at the water (115m2) from the beginning of April! The apartment is on the 2nd floor, has 3 bedrooms and 2 balconies, and faces the water with a fantastic view! The apartment has a new and fully-built kitchen, dishwasher, washing machine, and dryer. We have lived here for one year now and furnished the apartment ourselves to make it a cozy and beautiful home! Meet your future flatmates: Marijus: 26-year-old Lithuanian. He recently graduated a Master's from CBS - Creative Business and runs a creative business - a marketing agency (thus he is into videography, design, and tech). In his free time, he trains for IronMan, practices mindfulness, loves quality coffee, and time with friends. As well as enjoys going to the Sauna or a dip in the cold water! Your room: The size of the room is approximately 12m2, furnished, with a window facing the water and one built-in closet. Your new neighborhood: In Sydhavn, you'll be directly at the water, where you can enjoy a nice morning run or perhaps even a refreshing dip in the water! Just a few footsteps away, you'll find grocery stores such as Coop365, Spar and Netto, as well as unique coffee shops, yoga studios, gym and Copenhagen's best boulder clubs! With a 10-15minute bike right, you'll be in the center, and with the new Metro line transportation is seamless. We're searching for: Preferably someone in their mid-20s, who is social, nice, with a great attitude, enjoys having dinners from time to time, and sharing stories and having fun conversations! As well as takes great care of the apartment and room, is tidy and clean and respects personal spaces and privacy.
