The apartment is just a few minutes' walk from Sluseholmen St. metro station, which takes you to Kongens Nytorv in 10 minutes and Norreport in less than 15 minutes. You live right between the beautiful Fiskerihavnen and Teglvaerkshavnen and have easy access to the water. Plus, Sydhavnstippen and Valbyparken are just around the corner if you enjoy running or walking in nature. You will be sharing the apartment with your two flatmates Nikos (24, from Greece) and Lucas (25, from France), who are both studying at DTU. The rent is 6446.8 DKK (after an increase last year) plus 550 DKK in utilities, while the 3-month deposit and 1-month advance payment are 25108 DKK total.
