We live in the heart of CPH 10 min from Nørreport St. We enjoy the lakes and parks outside the apartment close by. Landlady likes it clean, quiet and peaceful. No visitors allowed and The Tennant Will enjoy all his/her social life outside the apartment. There is a houseduty for The Tennant to clean 1.5 hour every week according to an already set cleaning plan. Tennant participates in a 14 days cleaning-rotation between kitchen and bathroom. There is a garbage seperation system run by the Landlady that needs to be respected. Tennant wear headset in the apartment/rooms/kitchen for music and private mobile conversations are kept quietly and in The Tennants own room. The room available can be rent from the 1. of january 2025. At 12.00. The Tennant /Landlady let each other know 1 month in advance if plans are changing. Ex. if the tennant decides to move out - he/she Will let the Landlady know before the first in every month.This gives The Tennant and Landlady 1 month notice (on both sides) to chance their plans. There is a dep. It Will be returned to The tennant on the day of dep. when the rooms is clean. The Tennant Will clean it before departure.
