We are looking to rent out our guest room for approx. 4 months. We are a danish couple in our mid-twenties, living in our 109 squaremeter apartment. Aconto is covered by us and the monthly rent is therefore a fixed price of 7.000 DKK The apartment: The room is peacefully located on the top floor of the apartment, has a nook with a bed, and is furnished with a desktop, chair and a small dresser. If needed we can provide the room with a clothing rack. You will have access to shared spaces such as the kitchen, bathroom and the living room. You will have access to usage of the apartments dishwasher, washer and dryer. CPR is available. Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment. You: We are looking for someone nice and clean also in their twenties, preferably but not necessarily a student from abroad or a traveler. We expect you to follow the rules of the apartment, which we will establish together. We are open to social activities such as cooking or board games but also appreciate privacy or alone time. The area: The apartment is a 5 minute walk from the train, metro and buses, as well as shopping opportunities, the water and the city park. The apartment is located in a quiet area with cafés, bakeries and restaurants. There are multiple supermarkets within 5 minutes of the apartment.
