Hi I am going to be in the US in connection with my PhD starting in March this year. While I am away, I am subletting my furnished room in a modern apartment in Nordhavn. The rental period is between 01/03-31/08. You will be sharing the apartment with my roommates. Two young professionals from Germany and France who are working in Denmark. The common room will be shared between the three of you. There is also two bathrooms (one of which you will share with the German guy, whereas the French guy has his own bathroom in his room). The apartment has both washing machine and a dryer as well as a dishwasher. Additionally, we have a terrace which is quite nice during the summer. There is some space for storage in our storage room and possibility to park your bike in a secure area in the basement. The furniture which will be available in the room is the following: - Bed (several bed linens available) - Cupboard/shelf combination - Desk with drawers - Wardrobe with wired baskets - Bookshelf Additionally, I can leave a mirror and a rack for hanging clothes if it is of interest. We have a pleasant atmosphere in the apartment and usually stay and chat when someone is hanging out in the living room or eating/cooking. On the other hand, we also have a lot going on individually in the form of sports and social events so the amount of time we spend together in the apartment varies a lot from week to week.
