Please note: We are primarily looking for someone who can stay with us for at least a year or longer. :) // Your room // The room is 10m2, mostly furnished, and you can bring in your own furniture as needed and/or buy the furniture off of our leaving roommate. In addition, you’ll have access to our common areas (including a spacious balcony), a personal shelf in the fridge, etc. Rent is 5.407 dkk per month, utilities and internet included. You’ll pay a deposit of 9.744 dkk when you move in, as well as 1 month of prepaid rent. // Location // The 114m2 apartment is situated on Amager, approx. 15 minutes by bike from KU and ITU, and sandwiched between the two metro stations Lergravsparken and Øresund, both of which are within easy walking distance (10 minutes). The beach can be reached with a 5-10 minute walk, and there are two supermarkets (Kvickly and 365discount), as well as a PureGym fitness center super close by the apartment. // Who will I be living with? // You’ll be sharing the apartment with Ida (30), a Danish game writer, Jaime (30), a Spanish game designer and Caroline (31), a Swedish front-end developer - so don’t be afraid to be a nerd! All of us like to have a chat in the kitchen and a movie night together once in a while, but we also understand the importance of respecting each other’s privacy and personal space.
