We are two people (1M/1F), a Bernese Mountian dog puppy, and a one-eyed cat and and two empty rooms that might have your name on it ;) We are both around 30 y/o, and looking for someone respectful, friendly and tidy to join our hyggelig home. The vacant rooms are 10m2 and 12m2, with some furniture available but optional. They are on the first floor and have west- facing windows towards the park on the other side of the road. The smaller room is 5900DKk, and the larger room is 6700DKk pcm, all bills included. Deposit is two months rent. The house is 183m2 spread over three floors, with a large kitchen and living room, 2 bathrooms, a laundry room, 2 basement rooms, a south-facing terrace, a pergola, a greenhouse with pond, and a 500m2 permaculture garden. It is located in Amager's central villakvarter, a short walk to Sundbyvesterplads/ Amagerbrogade, and 10 minutes by bike to central Copenhagen, Amager strand, and Vesterbro's meatpacking district, and an 8 minute drive to the airport. The nearest metro stations are Sundby (M1) and Amager Strand (M2). Currently living here are Anders and Mo, and we like to create a cosy atmosphere in the home, where there is plenty of space for both socialising, working on projects, and relaxing in peace – and the occasional party. The photos are outdated, meaning there are several renovations in the kitchen and garden, all of which can be seen when we organize a viewing. We are looking for someone who wants to join a home and not just rent a room, who can clean up after themselves, communicate respectfully, and help create a nice atmosphere. Long-term rentals are preferable. CPR registration possible.
