The beach, train station, Greve Shopping Center, common swimming pool, more fitness centers, green areas and paths for walking/running, many restaurants/take aways are within 10 -15 minutes walk. Copenhagen is nice - but why not try this nice area too - lots of nature, space, garden, quietness and still only 1/2 hour to Copenhagen.
