The apartment (145m2 in total, 4 rooms) is located above our cocktail bar, which is open Thursday, Friday and Saturday, so noise from the bar and the street is to be expected. The rent includes water, heat and electricity. There is both a washing machine, dryer and dishwasher in the apartment. All pretty new. The room is freshly painted upon moving in. New sockets is made in the room. Most important thing is that you can live with noise from the street and music downstairs.
