As I am moving out, I am looking for a replacement. The flat is huge, modern and well-equipped. With 3 bedrooms, we are now looking for 2 new tenants as two of us are moving out. The room can be left almost completely furnished if requested, that can be discussed:) Included is a shared kitchen, bathroom, huge living room and dining space; as well as a beautiful garden with an attached balcony. This room overviews the garden, whereas the other rooms looks at the street. The kitchen has a dishwasher, and we have a TV in the living room. In the basement, there is a free shared laundry machine, room to hang up laundry as well as storage space. I am moving out on the 27th of February, so pretty soon. I have paid for this month, so you can start paying from the 1st of March if you want to move in this month.
