Hello, We rent this semi-studio apartment located in the basement of our house for rent. It is spacious (more than 50 m^2). It is very close to SDU university, supermarkets, and metro and bus stops. You have your own separate entrance from garden, and your own kitchen, bathroom, and toilet. It is quiet warm and renovated. The basement has three big radiators. That makes it quite warm in winter. PS: Washing machine is located in basement that once a week in weekend we use it.
