I’m moving in with my partner and am therefore looking for someone to rent my apartment starting from January 1st. The rental period starts at 6 months but can be extended. The rent is 15,000 DKK excluding utilities, which usually cost around 500–1,000 DKK extra per month. It is up to the person renting the apartment to subscribe / pay for utilities. Ideally, I’m looking for a couple to take over the apartment. About the apartment: The apartment is a 3-room unit, 93 m², plus a balcony of just over 5 m² (1,500 mm deep & 3,630 mm wide). It features a large kitchen equipped with both a washing machine and a dishwasher, as well as three spacious rooms. There is a large green courtyard, which the balcony faces—the courtyard is enclosed. The street is a quiet side road off Enghavevej, just a 2-minute walk from Enghave Plads and the Metro.
