I sublet my 3-room apartment located in Teglholmen from August or September 2024 until the end of April 2025. The apartment is luminous and spacious (90 m2), located on the third floor of a new apartment building. It is fully furnished (and will be emptied of personal belongings, unlike in the pictures) with - one bedroom (160cm bed, wardrobe); - a guest room/office (two desks, a sofa bed, wardrobe); - an open kitchen/living room space (couches, dining table, equipped kitchen (with dishwasher and induction stove)); - a balcony looking into the courtyard (with a table and chairs); - a bathroom (with washing machine and dryer). The rent includes heating, water, and wifi (excl. electricity). The building includes a closed bike garage in the basement. The apartment is in walking distance (5 min.) from two supermarkets (Spar and Netto), the stop “Enghave Brygge” of the new M4 metro line (3 min.), as well as the end station of the harbour bus boat (“Teglholmen Østkaj,” 10 min.). In the area you also find cafés and restaurants, swimming spots (“Teglholmen Brygge” and “Sluseholmen”) as well as a natural park (“Sydhavnstippen”).
