The house is situated in a very quiet area of Hellerup. It is a furnished penthouse apartment on the second floor available for a couple/single, without children or one child. Being on the top floor has a very light and spacious atmosphere. The apartment consist of 3 rooms – a big open kitchen/dining room and living room with a fireplace. There is two double beds, one in a larger bedroom with an office desk and a smaller bedroom next to the bathroom with shower. The apartment is a total of approximately 80 m2. It is refurbished, painted white, very well kept and with a great view. The kitchen is modern with stove and oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and combined washing and dryer machine. Its fully equipped with all kitchen utilities. A part of the garden on the front side of the house will be yours as a private garden also facing south and sunny most of the day. The garden also has an area for drying laundry. We occasionally enjoy having a shared dinner with the residences of the house. The apartment is for nonsmokers.
