Hejsa we’re subletting our 70m2 apartment in Sydhavn from March 5th to April 5th. The apartment is located 3 minutes from the Mozarts Plads metro station. Rent (incl. wifi, water) is 11,000 kr per month and the deposit is 15,000kr. It is a 3 room apartment with a bedroom, a spare room we use as an office, kitchen/living room, a balcony towards west and a proper bathroom with a washing machine. The apartment is currently furnished. The amount of this is negotiable, but we'd like to leave big furniture (couch, desks, tables) in the apartment.
