The apartment consists of 3 rooms ensuite, which means that there are no doors between the 3 rooms. This gives a spacious feel and makes the apartment bright. It's thus ideal for 1-2 persons. The apartment is fully furnished. The bedroom comes with a queen-size bed (140 cm wide) and a big closet. The dining room has a big table that also can be used as a workspace. The living room comes with a TV and a music system (including a record player) - and gives access to the balcony, which is 9 m2.   The bathroom comes with a shower and floor heating - and in the kitchen there is a new fridge, a washing machine and all you need for cooking. In the basement of the building, there is a shared washing machine and a tumble dryer. Both are free to use. At the attic (one floor up from the apartment) there is a room for hanging clothes for drying. The apartment comes with a high-speed fibre Internet connection and is situated on the top floor (a high 4th) without an elevator. There are no buildings on the other side of the street, which makes the apartment very bright. On the back side (where the balcony is), there is a small public park. In Spring it's very green and sunny - and with plenty of birds singing. Westend is a very charming and quiet street. It's closed for traffic towards Mathæusgade (a so-called 'dead-end'). This means that cars are only in the street to find parking (no drive through). However, like everywhere in Vesterbro, finding a parking spot can be rather challenging on Westend :) We are open for short term rentals for 5 months starting November 1st or December 1st until the end of March or April.
