The location is as follows: * Close to the metro * Close to Fælledparken, the biggest park in Copenhagen * 10 minutes from the beach, called Svanemøllen Strandpark * 10 minutes from Copenhagen University * 15 minutes from Copenhagen Business School Included in the rent is: * Internet * Heating * Electricity * Washing * Dryer * Access to storage The apartment is easy to share, as the bathroom and kitchen is separate from each room. Moreover, there is a table built into the kitchen wall to be used to eat there. The apartment has been renovated a few years back and has a new kitchen. There is a balcony in one room, while the other has a view to the shared yard in the building. Parking spaces are available in front of the building. I am looking to rent it our for 6 - 24 months or longer if we agree on that. The deposit will depend on the length of the contract.
