Hi, we are looking for an international student or a couple that would like to rent our basement studio apartment in Copenhagen S (Amager). Our appartement is a 52 m2 furnished basement studio, in a traditional but modernized redbrick house from 1923. The location is close to the University of Copenhagen, Faculty of Humanities, IT University, Metro station Femøren, Amager Beach, a range of grocery stores and if you are on a bike everything is within biking distance, e.g., the city center in 20 min and the airport in 15 min. The basement studio apartment has a living room, a bedroom, a spacious bathroom and a small but fully functional kitchen as well as a washing machine in the hallway (see photos for details in the various rooms). The apartment has its own entrance, and the tenants are welcome to enjoy the front garden. No smoking indoor but ok outdoor We hope you are: An international student in Denmark, it could also work if you are a couple. Tolerant, also for the voices and sounds from us upstairs. Not too tall since it is a basement apartment. We are: A family of four living upstairs. We love to cook, play music, and have friends over for dinner. The monthly rental is DKK 7.000 which also includes heating, water and electricity consumption, and a Wi-Fi connection is available for free.
