I am renting out my beautiful apartment in the heart of Copenhagen as I will be working abroad. The apartment was renovated just a few years ago. Situated in a peaceful area behind the Royal Theater, this apartment offers easy access to key attractions, including Kongens Nytorv, Nyhavn, and the Parliament, all just a few hundred meters away. Most amenities and sights are within walking distance. The apartment features much Danish-designed furniture, so I am seeking a responsible tenant who will take good care of it in my absence. There are a lot of children playing together in the garden so if you have children, I believe the apartment will be really attractive for them as well. There is another, big, bedroom that I forgot to take a picture of. I will upload it in a few days. Also, a balcony is getting installed in January, which will have sun most of the days in the summer months. The apartment is available from February to approximately the middle of August (6-7 months).
