It's sunlit 121-square-meter penthouse apartment, in the vibrant heart of the creative Nansensgade-quarter with Torvehallerne, crafts shops, micro breweries and Nørreport around the corner. The floorplan actually spands 142 m2, but as it has sloped walls, those m2 under the sloped walls only count half in the official m2 - So the big apartment feels even more spacious.
This home was originally an old attic, but back in 2005, it underwent a total renovation. We wanted to the charm, so the wooden beams were preserved and paired with large south-facing windows and a south-facing balcony.
