This spacious, light-filled house is situated in a peaceful neighborhood on a quiet street in the northern part of Aarhus. Located within close proximity to the main areas of Aarhus University and the city, this home is particularly suited to anyone who would appreciate reduced commute times, while still residing in a peaceful and quiet in green lush surroundings. The house has three bed rooms, a large living room, a large kitchen, a large dining area, a bathroom and a smaller guest toilet. Lastly, the house has two large terraces in both the front garden as well as the garden in the back. Additionally, the nearby green area and forest named Vestereng offers a beautiful backdrop for morning jogs, evening walks or simply some downtime immersed in nature. I am currently having a lot of stuff being done on the house, both internally as well as in the garden, and everything will be done by the end of the month according to plan.
