We rent this semi-studio apartment located in the basement of our house for rent. It is spacious (more than 40 m^2). It is very close to SDU university, supermarkets, and metro and bus stops. You have your own separate entrance from garden, and your own kitchen, bathroom, and toilet. PS: Washing machine is located in basement that once a week in weekend we use it.
