As we are moving to another country, we would like to rent our bright and cosy flat to someone that will take a good care of it. It has been our home for the past 5 years and we feel like we will leave a small part of us here. The apartment has 2 independent rooms (11m2 and 20m2), bathroom with a walk-in shower and floor heating, and a stylish kitchen which we integrated with the hallway (therefore the flat layout shown in the pictures is slightly outdated). Kitchen, bathroom, and the hallway were renovated in 2021. The bedroom and living room are under renovation right now. Fridge, dishwasher, oven are installed in the kitchen. There are 4 shared washing machines in the basement which are usually available without booking. There is a very nice balcony attached to the living room. The balcony can be closed with windows to protect it from rain and wind. There is also a nice view on nearby villas and the city center. Private basement, underground bike parking, outside car parking are available. The flat is located on the 2nd and top floor, surrounded by quiet neighbours. The place is perfect for a couple or a small family. Femøren metro station is 7 minutes away. Supermarket Netto is 5 minutes away. You can walk to Amager Strand beach within 10 minutes. 2 metro stops from the airport. 15 minutes by bike/metro to the city center. Furniture is not included. The place will be emptied in December. CPR registration is possible. Pets are allowed. The place will be ready for moving in before Christmas.
