We have 1 room for rent in Kalundborg. Can be rented furnished or unfurnished. It is a shared apartment located in Kalundborg, 1 hour to Copenhagen by public transport. There is a shared kitchen. The room have around 24m2. 9000 dkk deposit You will enjoy an International environment. The room can also be unfurnished if you have your own. The room has a small fridge. Mandatory CPR registration at the address. You are a responsible person, who can demonstrate that you have sufficient income to cover the cost of the room, we will be happy to show you the room and meet us personally. The other tenants are quiet persons, so we only will accept quiet new tenants. It is mandatory to do the cleaning at least once a week, including common areas. The apartment is located in the center of Kalundborg, with all the services close by, Føtex in front of the door, banks, shopping center, bus stops at the same street, and 5 minutes walking to the Train Station.
