Our nice house is at the end of a quiet street. Located in Virum Center. - Only 5 mins walking distance to the 'Virum' S-train station, 10 mins by bike to DTU, and 15 mins by train or car to central Copenhagen. - Just walk 2 mins to restaurants, supermarkets, cafes, beautiful lakes, forests, and parks. The room is about 8m2 and for only one person, in a quiet neighborhood. It's a light, beautiful room with floor heating. It's furnished and has everything you need for working, studying and relaxing. The kitchen, toilet, and laundry room are shared with us. We are a small family. We also have a calm dog, so you naturally have to be okay with the dog's presence. The room is ready for move-in. The rent is including utilities (water, heat, electricity, and internet). 2-month deposit. CPR registration is available.
