About the apartment: 95 square meters, 2 big rooms and a smaller one, well-lit large open plan kitchen/living room, and a nice balcony as well. The apartment is newly built in 2020, so it's not worn down or lived in. It's still in a very good shape. The apartment is still in the process of being furnished, but the tenant will only be responsible to furnish their own room. The apartment is on the first floor, in a 4-story apartment next to 2-story townhouses, which means that the vibe is more suburban and quiet, you won't get a lot of concrete high-rise buildings that block the light and give off an unfriendly vibe. Amenities: -Fridge -Freezer -Washing machine -Dryer -Microwave About the location: 3 minutes walk away from Vestamager Metro Station, and a 2 minute walk away from the fields of Kalvebod Fælled. Good to know for shopping: Just one metro stop away(alternatively also about a 10 minute walk), you have Fields Shopping Center, one of the biggest malls in Denmark, which is packed with shops and restaurants, but also here you can find Bilka, the biggest hypermarket in the country. Good to know for commuters: Vestamager Metro Station is about 10 minutes away from Kongens Nytorv, where you have a connection for the M3/M4 metro lines, and about 14 minutes from Norreport, which is a major train connection hub. There's also a bus that takes you to Radhuspladsen. Just one metro stop away you have a train station, that offers you connections to Copenhagen Centran Station, or in the opposite dirrection to the Copenhagen Airport and further over the bridge into Sweden, to Malmo and beyond. Good to know for nature lovers: Kalvebod Fælled is just steps away, if you look out the window you can even see the fields! For those not familiar with Kalvebod Fælled, it is a beautiful wetland with plains and woods ideal for hiking or birdwatching.
