Start of renting period: 15/01/2025 or 01/02/2025. We are 2 friends renting out the third room of our apartment. We value respect, cleanliness and, in general, good living environment. We are looking for someone to stay short-term (3-5 months), with possibility of extending the contract if our compatibility is good :) The room is 8 m2, with plenty space for the essentials needed. The room has a window with views to a beautiful park and the sea. Moreover, it is quiet at night due to the lack of roads nearby the window. The apartment is in total 102 m2 and we take good care of it, furnished with tables, chairs, cooking utensils, sofa, TV, etc. The apartment is very new, with balcony, views to a park and the sea, close to metro/bus stations and shopping stores.
