The separate room for rent: 8.200 dkk. (electricity, heating, water and internet included). The room is 30 sqm. for 1 person in the house in Holte. A non-smoker with a sense of order is preferred. The room includes a bathroom and a small kitchen with it's own entree. The room is fully furnished. It's been contemporary upgraded recently and also has built in heated floors. Our friendly neighborhood has a very rural feel with a nice forest area and a lake nearby, yet being only 20 minutes away from the center of Copenhagen by train/bus. There is a bus stop and an "all-week" open store within a 5 min of walking distance from us. Pets are not allowed. Can be rented for a short period. The room is available from February.
