Hi you are PhD/full time job living in Copenhagen temporary, or a Pendler working here with your home elsewhere. (No couples accepted). I offer a lovely furnished room 16 m2 + 102 separate space (to you, not me) in living room in large luxury apartment 120 m2 with large private large roof top terrace, to which you also have free access. I live near DTU, nature and beach - and 15 min by train/car from Copenhagen downtown. Easy walk to 15 min bus to Copenhagen (Nørreport), the Copenhagen university and Rigshospitalet. During the past 7 years we had great roomies (both Danish and foreigners). Now seeking ONE new roomie to live with us from April 1st. THE ROOM: The room is a privately furnished room for 1 person only (no couples accepted). It has a double bed and a smaller dining/working table. Your own part of the living room will have sofa/sofa table. THE SHARED SPACE Our kitchen area and dining area is shared. You also have free access to roof top terrasse in one of the most expensive areas in Copenhagen. There is 1 shared large bathroom/ shower. GREAT LOCATION We are in Center of Gentofte in a building with fitness club and a NETTO food store open till midnight. Many small restaurants/cafes. There is a 10 min walk to S-train-station (from which you are in City Center of Cph. in just 15 minutes). You can easily park outside on streets, free parking, in 2 min walking distance. We live 10 min on bike from the beach/woods. Its in the nicest most expensive part of Copenhagen. We live 20 min from DTU by bike. Quickly you are there by train/bus as well in winter. Here are lots of re-creative areas for jogging/hiking/biking, 300 m from a large lake. EXPENSES In addition to the 6500 in rent there are 1500 kr./month covering Wifi, water, light, heat, toilet paper/kitchen paper, plastic back, spices etc. in the price for '1/3 of apartment'. You have your own cupboard, also in the kitchen, own space in the refrigerators, however almost no freezing capacity left (1-2 frost items allowed).
