Live In the heart of inner Nørrebro by the lakes and only 5 min from Nørreport. I am renting out a private furnished room with your own separate kitchen and entrance. The room is for 1 person and will have a bed, bookshelves and desk. (15m2) The kitchen (9m2) has a small dining table. Equipment in the kitchen includes: an induction burner, small oven, fridge and pots, pans and plates etc. There are two smaller built in cabinets for clothes. You have access to use the laundry machine and dryer in my storage and clothing room located between the room and kitchen. There will not be access to other shared spaces than the bathroom and hallway which will be shared. This is not a cohousing community, so if you are looking for socializing and hanging out, this is not the place for you. I live in the front end of the apartment, which is closed of. We will only cross paths to the bathroom via a long hallway. I have a small dog, so you must like dogs to live here. No smoking, no partying, no loud music, no scented candles or incense sticks allowed. WiFi, heating, water and power is included in the rent.
