I'm renting out one room in my apartment. The apartment is 264 m2 and the room aprox 25 m2 and situated in a closed areas with seperate entry. You will be sharing the bathroom with one other person and you will share the kitchen with two adults and two kids aged 13 and 16. I can rent out the room furnished and none furnished as it suits.
