Hi Guys, I am renting out 2 rooms in my 3 bedroom and newly renovated and fully furnished 108m2 flat ( No couples) You will be staying within easy walking distance to the train station (7 mins walk), a Shopping mall that has a gym as well and for those who are a member in Fitness World, its only 15 mins walk from the flat. The room is semi-furnished, with a sofa bed, closet, Tv board, but you can also have it without those. The flat is fully furnished and the kitchen has all the necessary utilities including a dishwasher. In the bathroom, you will find a washing machine and a tumble dryer. It is possible to smoke in the common yard outside the flat or balcony. The flat has a great international environment, where you be staying with a girl on her 20s. If you are an open-minded person with good energy, I will be more than happy to have you around. As well take much care of our amazing flat as yours too, eventually :) The rent includes high-speed WIFI, water, heat and it is possible to CPR Register here.
