Please read before writing. I'm renting out a room in my apartment and looking for 1 person therefore no couples. I only rent out this room so the person moving in would only share the common areas with me. We share kitchen, bath and a cozy living area. You will have access to the common areas of course, courtyard and use of the washing machine. We share the responsibility of cleaning the common areas. It's a very central location of the apartment, but also very quiet, the apartment is close to (5 min walk) Christianshavn Metro and Amagerbro Metro as well as 5C and 2A (5min walk). The room is currently furnished but can be rented partly furnished. I'm renting out from December/January with a contract for 6months with a possibility of extension if all goes well. I'm looking for someone with a stable job, kind and respectful, tidy as I appreciate a nice living space where we clean up after ourselves but also chat about life. I work fulltime on weekdays and have some days wfh, I'm quite social and active and enjoy to relax and chill when i'm home.
