You have access to bathroom and american kitchen, including all eqipment, own storage space etc. The room is rather secluded from the rest of the apartment, being at the same floor as the bathroom and kitchen, while the other rooms in the apartment are on an upper floor. The room will be newly painted when you move in. I have different funiture including there will be possibility to hang clothes (not visible in pictures). Included in the rent dkk 6500/month are wifi, laundry, electricity, heat, and all other expenses. Deposit is equivalent to 3 months rent. There is a lovely green garden to the building. The neighborhood is lively and everything is nearby (central station 5 min. walk). The room is avail from November 15.
