🔎 Looking for a comfortable, quiet place to call home? Starting from October 1st (dates can be flexible), I will be leaving a fully furnished, bright, and spacious room in our apartment in Brønshøj! 🏠 Apartment: You will be living in a 142 m² apartment with 3 bedrooms, one bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen, a large living room, and a balcony overlooking a small park. The apartment is located on Bjergstedvej in Brønshøj. It’s a 7-minute walk to the Husum S-train station and a 5-minute walk to the Husum Torv bus stop, where you can catch the 5C, 350S, and 22 bus lines. 👥 Roommates: You’ll be sharing the apartment with Jakub (28) from Poland and, initially, Sara (24) from Italy. Jakub is an engineer by profession but recently decided to relive his student life by starting a Master’s at ITU. He’s an amazing chef who goes all out when cooking for guests. Sara is a scientist and a very active person who even enjoys running. Thanks to her, our apartment has become greener (with plants)! She is finishing an internship at Herlev Hospital, and her room will also be available soon. We’re looking for someone who will fit in well. Preferably, someone used to communal living who cleans up after themselves. 💸 Rent and Room: The rent is shared equally among the three of us, around 5700 kr per month, which includes everything (water, heating, internet) except electricity, which typically costs about 200 kr per person. The room can be fully furnished if desired. The deposit is negotiable and will be around one month’s rent.
